The credentials under experienced fitness instructor, Jay, are astounding. She’s been an indoor cycling instructor since 2010, and on top of that, she’s Spinning, RPM & Xtend Barre certified, and has been teaching Yoga & Pilates since 2006. Our multi-talented Jay will make you work hard; she’ll energise your core muscles, she’ll hone your form, and she’ll keep you laser focused with her special brand of motivational humour.
