Having a huge passion for health and fitness since the age of 16, Melissa has always been driven to create a sustainable active lifestyle not just through sweating but also through nourishing the body. With strong interest and desire, she went on to become a Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Fitness Instructor and now currently on the pathway of sharing the sweat life with everyone else. While maintaining her fitness background, she found Yoga and breath work as an essential tool to regulate and manage her own inner peace. Melissa’s classes are like sweets & spices! Her classes consist of sweat, challenge, slow movements and breath work that will allow you to ground down and reconnect into your physical body and mind.
